Computer Wizards in Kutztown could use some improvement. For starters they took an entire two weeks longer to fix my laptop than they said they would. They charged me 280 dollars to fix the issues and then returned it to me with a bunch of other inconvenient problems. I had to reinstall many of my programs and music.

What I did like about their business was their demeanor. They were very polite and they provided a lot of helpful advice.

However, the many inconveniences of their poor practices resulted in my general dissatisfaction with their service.

If any Kutztown University students or Kutztown residents need their computer fixed, I strongly advise finding someone else to do it.
