i put my comoputer in the shop as the mouse did not work however i was then informed that the hardrive was failing and was asdvised to buy a new one at a total cost of #139.99 3 times what my computer is worth. anyway i declined their advice and spoke to a man from the friday add who run a diagnostic test on the hardrive and found nothing wrong with it so xp was put onto the hardrive again as the shop left the hard drive unable to do much or go online but for the price of 10 quid i got a copy of xp put it on and now my computer works perfectly. my next stop is trading standards they r untrustworthy and delioberatly make work for them selves

I liked the way the staff at Computer HQ Eastbourne were willing to go the extra mile to be helpful and to explain technical terms in a simple way to a computerly challenged person such as myself!
