I Bought A Graphics Card For 275, And Motherboard/
I bought a graphics card for 275, and motherboard/processor at Computer Direct UK, spending in excess of £450 on the 6th September 2005. The graphics card went faulty on the 12/11/05. I returned to the shop which is 16 miles from home, and they said "they have to test it before it can go back faulty", if it is not faulty it will cost me £20 for the test, they also said "we cannot test it while you wait". Why not? It's agp - 1 screw and it's in [already tested at home by using different card - OK], but they can't test it even though I explained the distance I had travelled etc.
They went out of buisness, and the company & some of the staff are employed by computer orbit in 2 stores around newcastle
