Be careful - they do not give you a full refund on the product even though you pay for delivery charge - this is against the 2014 consumer act. The delivery and customer service has been awful and they told me that I have to write a letter to get an answer to my question around my entitlement under the regulation! They apparently do not have a telephone number so it is ridiculous that they expect me to fork out again to send a letter!

Never again will I buy anything from them again.

I am also reporting this to Trading Standards. I know it's not much money but it all adds up if this applies to all their customers.
