Awful company. Paid for next day delivery for a birthday gift and not received. Unable to actually contact anyone, even their chatbot doesn't work properly. Same terrible customer service as all the other Sports Direct companies. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere if you actually want a genuine, honest shopping experience.

Could not fault the service.After handing over my cash I was told there is no refund even for faulty goods.My brain went into gear.I asked does this company belong to Sports Direct.YES SIR IT DOES.

Saw a link for a sale on Adidas originals, great price, so after reading the reviews I thought it was worth chancing.

I ordered late on a Friday, and they arrived Monday morning.

I was that impressed, I have ordered more.

Have to say having read all the negative comments I was a bit worried after ordering.

No need to have been concerned item was well packaged and delivered by courier in 2 days of ordering.

Ordered a good deal on some shoes only to get an email a day later saying they weren't in stock. Dissapointed. No refund yet.

Ordered two shirts in July which arrived fine. However as we didn't like them sent them back 31/7. Cost £280. Signed for 4/8 back at van mildert hq. Today is 18/9 and still havent got a refund! Do not buy from them!!!

They are listing lots of items for sale which they don't even have!!!!!

BEWARE they will take your cash but you will be very lucky if you see any goods at all.

Trust me this company will not be in business for much longer run by a bunch of clowns customer service seems to be a 1 man outfit after leaving over 6 calls still will not call you back or respond to emails!!! AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

complete waste of my time,,, sooo they send out wrong size clothes in hope that you might keep them, I never received the XL jumper I ordered but I was sent a medium jumper which had the original size label removed and replaced with there own pre fixed paper label, I then had the privilege of paying the postage to send it back and also paying the postage to receive it

So overall it cost me £15 in postage to receive a jumper which had been manipulated in order to deceive me

Placed order for 250£ to find out that 80% of my order was canceled and two days later all my order canceled , no emails about that when I requested refind no answer , will be have to leave it to my bank to deal with them!!! clearly don't have items in stock!

Far too many online companies get away with this. Would recommend avoiding.
