Uniqlo

Ordered just short of £40 worth of clothing and waited around a week for delivery. Got a bit anxious so checked the tracking email that they sent out and logged onto the MyHermes website.

It said delivery was attempted twice and finally signed for on the third occasion at the delivery address at 19:00, which was closed at the time.

Enquired with Uniqlo via email only, as no phone number displayed anywhere on the site, as to how it could be delivered when there's no-one there to sign but yet awaiting response and still £40 down.

I shop a lot online and very rarely experience bad service or even feel the need to leave bad reviews, but do feel that Uniqlo have been let down big time by their delivery 'partners' Hermes.

I just received my order which I made on Monday evening from Uniqlo online shop. There was a special offer for a free standard delivery and some price drops on jackets and other products. I ordered a down ladies jacket which looks good for everyday use and even for skiing. I have also shopped at their store in Westfield. There was an offer on thermal clothes. Worth keeping an eye as they have special deals on clothes and you could get quite nice things for even lower prices.

I've only ever bought online at uniqlo.co.uk and the online shop desperately needs to be brought up to the same standard as other high street shops, but delivery has always been spot on and of course the prices are great for the clothes they offer. Uniqlo, open some branches outside of london!
