Ted Baker

Bought a Ted baker jumper and after one wash it shrunk considerably.Complained to customer services they didn't want to know.Terrible service, never again.

A Ted Baker Rucksack bought from House of Fraser after just 2 months started cracking and peeling around the handle. Customer Service stated not our problem, take it back to where you purchased it. Ok but I live abroad so not practical then contact HOUSE OF FRASER. So I did and the Customer Service was fantastic, sent it to them in the post and received a new rucksack of my choice within a couple of weeks.

Would not have received that sort of service with Ted Baker.

Bought a bag in Germany for around 40 euros, really just a cheap

Plastic shopping bag but pretty all the same. Low and behold a couple of weeks later the handle broke and here starts the problem. For the last 4 months there have been around 30 emails gone back and forth to ted baker and myself and it's only a matter of principle that I keep going with this, the problem has still not been resolved although I have been promised in december 2017 that a refund would be made, still waiting now in Feb 2018, feel like I apaid for the name and felt the quality was poor

I purchased a jumper on line in the Ted Baker sale for £59, however when it arrived the label had clearly been marked down to £49 when I rang customer services and emailed a picture they were less than helpful

Worst service ever. Mr girlfriend order a dress for a weeding online which was accepted. 4 weeks 10 calls and 20 lies later the dress has not arrived and we have given up. The staff just tell you lies, don't give a damm about customers and are completely up themselves. The dress has gone missing twice and couldn't be delivered to store at midday on a Saturday because the store was 'closed' twice. Would have preferred it if they just told us to F O at day one. Never buy anything from these people

Ordered 2 bag on Wednesday,received 1 by Saturday but nothing else!! No email to inform couldn't source the other 1 !!!! Held on the phone to speak to customer service for 45 minutes!!!!!! ended up putting phone down!!! Card is still showing a blocked amount for both bags !!!!!

Would have been nice to receive a email, not me chasing them ...

I ruined a special occasion as my dress was sold ruined because of poor material used (you are buying made in china), the dress seemed deterioring while wearing it, result...I had to buy another dress for the occasion attended, I wasted 240 pound for a dress I could wear for half hour! went back to ted baker in Oxford Circus and all the whole staff could do was ignoring the evidence, manager included, with zero customer service skills. faulty materials should never be in commerce. Ted Baker is ridiculous...worst material ever whorn. buy made in Italy folk

Do not buy anything from Ted Baker. I bought a Niriah Maxi dress which cost 320Euro. I wore it ONCE the material snagged everytime I touched off anything. The satin on the dress around the pockets is completely worn. I brought it back and the best they could do is an exchange. I now have a new dress I can't wear as I know it will be destroyed after one wear. The guy in the shop said its because the material us so delicate. The dress is polyester. It's a joke. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRON TED BAKER.

I ordered a phone cover for my partners birthday. It arrived with no packaging, the green Ted Baker box with a label on. So when the postman gave it to my other half the day befor his birthday, no guessing required. I paid £5.99 postage for this.

Purchased a pair of gents shoes, within 3 weeks they literally fell to bits.

Exchanged for a similar pair, they too have fallen to bits. The leather sole cracked, the heal rubbers are hanging off and they have stretched.

I will never again make a purchase from this company. Nice shoe box though.
