Very Poor Returns Experience
If you watn to return any goods you are presented with a form in PDF that you can't fill out on your computer. You ahve to print it out, fill out scan, wait for a code and then post the items back. Very lengthy process in comparison to other retailers. Would not use them for online shopping again.
