My company used ethic star for the first time last week

But never again.

I asked in my order for them not to send me fruit

Of the loom t shirts because in my experience

They usually shrink.

So what happened? They sent fruit of the loom!

I rang and complained and even though admitting their mistake

They did not care at all and tried to make out it was

My fault.

They obviously do not care about new business

And they certainly won't be getting any repeat orders

From my company.

0 out of 0 for customer and after sales service.

After reading these reports after I placed an order for 16 stag polo tops I become a little worried.

I ordered 16 polo tops for a very good price the communication after I placed the order was not so great.

The following week I received my order so was very fast with texts to say when my order was coming and was very please with my tops I received things all worked out well in the end, a poor start but Ethic Star made up with it with the final outcome.

Thanks very much a good price & quality print and t shirt so going to make a good stag doo.

Bunch of cowboys, it took nearly a month after payment for me to receive my items!! That wasn't the end of the problems!! When I finally received the items it looked as if someone with no experience in the industry placed on the screen prints!! I could probably do better!! They were either wonky, not in the right place, flaking off or didn't even have a print on at all !! And as for the embroidery, it was the conducted in the cheapest method! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

Such impression that in this company works one person never working in trade. The goods and the prices for a site are advertized very well. Actually the prices are more expensive, the goods are absent. We Have ordered T-shirts, they to us have drawn the account and have received from us payment. Next day they have informed us on absence of the goods, have suggested to replace with cheaper in the same quantity. After negotiations workers of this company have made replacement by those sizes which we have asked, payment have reduced. Actually we have received from them our order in which there was a replacement on quality (have replaced with the lowest quality, the goods article didn't correspond to the order), and by quantity (have replaced one sizes with others though drew the account).

I have just received my shirt and must say that I am truly delighted with the quality, design and material. Your shirts are superb in every way, excelling in comfort fit. Absolutely delighted,
