Unreliable. Poor Customer Service.
Ordered five items, received one. Issued a refund but without any explanation or apology.
As it turned out, p&p plus the cost for returns was not very economical when ordering a single item and I wouldn't have bothered had I known. I emailed their customer service explaining my disappointment who didn't even do me the courtesy of replying. What's more, delivery time was pretty sluggish.
