Punkyfish

I have received two left shoes in two different sizes. Sent them back by 2 nd class Royal Mail (with copy of invoice/post office receipt )as instructed one week ago and still I have not received any email confirmation from them about new delivery or refund. Sent them a query by email with post office receipt attached and still no answer.When something goes wrong by them they have a problem to respond. I hope I'll received my shoes -matched or refund. Will see
