Probably The Worst Customer Service
I tried to pay for some clothes for my son using a PP Gift Card but it would not accept the Gift Card No. This card has £50 of credit on it. So I tried calling the number on their website. The voice mail message keeps saying that all their operators are busy, this has been happening for the past 3 days. I left 2 messages and have sent an E-mail and still no call or e-mail back. Pumpkin Patch need pull their finger out and start looking after the customers and the issues they have quickly, get more operators.

Items Returned No Refund And No Replies To Email
I ordered clothes for my baby which I had to return as they were too tight on my baby. it has been 16 weeks and I have had no refund and no replies to my emails. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if you have a young baby and no time to chase them. extremely unhappy and regret purchasing anything from them.
I now have to go to the trouble of trying to get my money back
Terrible Customer Service
I recently bought some dresses online and requested to deliver to a friend's new born in the US. According to order confirmation, it will be sent by Fedex and delivered within 7 days. However, it was sent by an unknown courier and not delivered after 3 weeks. I emailed twice, no reply; called twice, end up told it got lost. They can refund, or resend the parcel, but can not guarantee it will not get lost again!! (The lady on the phone was not friendly or helpful) I requested refund, but very disappointed as I missed the best time to say "congratulations' to my best friend.

I Wish I Can Give A Negative Star
I wish I've read the reviews before ordering form this website. Placed the order almost 3 weeks ago. Received an confirmation email that was telling me the order will be deliver by FEDEX within 7 business days. On the phone...forget about ...you never can get to speak with a real person. After I left several voice messages, I got an email that tells my order is in its way to be deliver USPS, no tracking #, no estimate date. Needed the clothes for my daughter to take some of them in Europe. well, i guess is not gonna happened.

I bought a dress online on the 17th of December and I still have not received it. I have written to them several times telling them that and they said it was left in my letter box on 21 December yet I didn't see it and they are telling me check with your neighbours. Do not bother making a follow up of your items with these people if you have not received them. They don't bother and will tell you it's not their fault after you have paid your money. They don't refund all they do us take your money. I am very disappointed in them because I thought it was a secure sight as I always buy from their shop but turns out online it's very useless wouldn't recommend buying online best going in store. They also take long in replying to your query. I have bought so many things online and have always received them except for this one from pumpkin patch. Whichever letterbox they put only God knows.

I ordered some clothes for my friends baby 3 weeks ago, luckily her baby isn't due until May because they still aren't here! The wrong address was printed on the first "attempt" at posting them, so after telling them over the phone and politely accepting their apology, they tried to post it again with an even more bizarre address! Their customer services doesn't open until 7pm, which is very annoying, so I have to wait until then to try and sort it AGAIN.
If you're ordering from the UK, I wouldn't even bother.

Just Awful...
About 3 weeks ago, I saw a deal on Pumpkin Patch's website where every item was £10 or less for a few days. As such, I ordered 2 items of clothing; a jumper and a dress; for my little sister's Christmas present, and received my order confirmation straight away.
About a week and a half later, I received an email saying that part of my order was on it's way to me, but that the other part hadn't been dispatched. I replied to this email asking for an estimate on when I would receive my second item - but received no reply.
Later that week, my parcel arrived on time and in perfect condition containing just the jumper, and saying that the dress was out of stock and therefore I hadn't been charged for it. Well, for a start - why was I able to place an order for an item that was out of stock in the first place? Now if I want to order something similar, it will be full price, but if I'd been told when ordering that the dress was unavailable I would have chosen a different item, at the lower price!
As a computer nerd, I know how ordering systems work, and I know that they can monitor their stock levels automatically, and most websites do! They tell you if an item is out of stock, but not this one apparently.
I was offered no apology, and instead I sent them an email complaining about the issue and asking if there was anything that could be done. Still no reply.
I just looked up to try and follow up my email with a phone call, and found that the UK phone lines are only open 7pm-7.30am every weekday night - yes that's right, they're open DURING THE NIGHT NOT THE DAY. So, I'm a bit stuck with what to do next - I will try to call them during the night at some point, but it's incredibly inconvenient, and with 2 weeks to go until Christmas I now need to find an alternative other half of my present... NOT HAPPY!

A Couple Of Weeks Ago I Brought 2dresses From Pump
A couple of weeks ago I brought 2dresses from pumpkin patch riccaton koz me $50 each 3days l8a I wnt to put them on and the belts broke off both dresses,I couldn't go n till the Nextd weekend koz I had just started a new job,they wur do rude Wouldn't give me a refund and said thy would fix it and give me a call when thy have it bk.thy couldn't even give me new 1s koz thy sd thy ddnt hav anymore and thy wur new stock.im not buy anything from that shop again the clothes are budget and the girls working there are so rude.

Unsafe, Highly Flammable. Do Not Put Your Children At Risk
In 2012 my daughter 7 yo spent almost 6 months in the royal children's hospital. She was wearing all pumpkin patch clothing the night a spark from outdoor candle caught her alight. The clothing burned furiously and basically melted on her, her father and I tried to put her clothing out, but it just wouldn't go out. I threw her on the muddy ground and her father jumped on her with his whole body which distinguished the fire. She was airlifted to RCH, where she spent 4 weeks in ICU with minimal chance of survival. Thank GOD she pulled through. She was burned to 60% of her body. On the night of tragedy she had cotton bonds underwear, it was the only clothing that did not burn. She has had 48 procedures with most being painful skin grafts, and she is severely scared. It's DISGUSTING WHAT THEY ARE MAKING OUR CHILDREN'S CLOTHING OUT OF, pumpkin patch should be Closed Down for their lack of safety in clothing material.
KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE AND DO NOT DRESS THEM IN PUMPKIN PATCH BECAUSE I'VE MEET OTHERS THAT HAVE CHILDREN WITH SEVERE BURNS BECAUSE OF THIS STORE.
