Pastiche

I ordered my prom dress in October and payed for it at the beginning of November I was told I would be rang up when the dress was in the shop and it would be before Christmas, we didn't get a call so we rang up, we were told to ring after the new year, when we did the woman had to take the order again, we rang in February and there was still nothing about the dress, when we rang in March they said the dress was in and they were shipping it up to me, when we didn't receive it we rang in the May and were told they didn't know what dress we were taking about when we explained she said she would post it and would reach us the end of that week, when it didn't I rang again and she said I would have it by the Tuesday, I still dont have it and it's now almost June, I've been promised I'll have it tomorrow after my dress 'went missing' my prom is on the 14th which they were aware of in the October and I need fittings and still don't have my dress. Very bad organisation from the shop, not pleasant people, quite abrupt and careless and bad service

I bought a prom dress for my daughter from this shop over £300, after weeks of yes it's here to no it's not arrived yet (we live in Sheffield) it finally arrived! The shop is alittle disorganised, the changing rooms are very small. The final straw was spending all that money I'd expect a dress bag to take it home, but no we got plastic sheeting and a brown PAPER bag! So no we will not be returning and will not recommend this shop!

I ordered a dress that was supposedly in stock. When it failed to turn up they said they didn't have it and I would have to wait three months. I asked for a refund. Its now ten days and still nothing. Very disappointed

ordered a dress which was apparently in stock and paid for next day delivery, when it didn't turn up I phoned and asked where it was, I spoke to someone who was quite abrupt and I was told that the dresses weren't in stock until the end of the week and the dress would be sent out the following week, as it turned out the dress arrived the following day. the dress unfortunately didn't fit and so I returned it the very next day via special delivery.....13 days later I am still awaiting a refund, have sent an email of which I am still awaiting a reply, considering the dress cost over £500 I would have expected better.

Having been the only shop local to me that sells proms dresses I decided to venture to the actual shop. When I saw the size of the shop I was genuinely astounded, this could not have been the same shop that was selling dresses priced over £500, surely? Anyway, putting that aside I went inside had I arranged an appointment. There was about 20 dresses in the whole shop, most of which had loose thread and were extremely tacky not to mention overpriced. The shop was massively overcrowded and there was a queue a mile long formed for the two minimal changing rooms. It was an absolute disaster and waste of time and money. Not to mention the disgusting attitude from an elderly worker. The dresses are ordered from the US for a fraction of the price they are put on sale for in the horrendous box room named 'pastiche couture'. I would advise that anyone reading this should not visit that shop never mind considering it! If anyone from the shop is reading this I strongly advise you Hoover the carpet. For such price, I expect to be seated with a glass of champagne and lovely service.

Here I'm not talking about the shop online but I'm talking about the actual store. As I came in and try some dresses on but nothing fit me and I pointed at a black dress that I saw on newyorkdress.com but I cant order due to the time limitation. And I told the women there and she was being sarcastic and told me that each it just probably fake. I don't say anything and left but then the older woman stopped me and tell me that: you order them, you lose your money an it will never come. I was so mad but didn't want to burst out there so I tell her: it's a very reputable site and I ordered there quite a few times.... Honestly if she has some knowledge about newyorkdress she won't say that as it sells many designer brands including sherri hill, Jovani, la famme..... I think the sellers, esp those selling top high quality stuff would prepare themselves knowledge about the brand and it's retailers, also need better attitude with customers. Overall, I won't recommend this to my friends

Fantastic frocks and prom dresses - it is a great shop - found just what I was looking for. It is great to find a shop that is so unique - something different.

Pastiche has lots of choice of clothing with a good price range always guaranteed to find something different

I would definitely recommend Pastiche especially when looking for that perfect going out outfit.
