Paper Sun

I purchased two items for my partner for Xmas. Unfortanately they did not fit quite right and had to be returned. Paper sun have a highly restrictive returns policy, no refunds, no credit notes and only two weeks to exchange! My partner could not find an alternative and there was no new stock within two weeks, the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and the manager completely refused to even extend the two week returns policy. I do not recommend anyone to buy gifts here and be doubly sure you want what you buy! An unpleasant experience from an unpleasant shop, a real shame and waste of money.
