The store manager was rude and unhelpful and gave the incorrect information. Customer Service also dismissive and unhelpful. They do not follow their own process when it comes to customer complaints and don't care. Their quality of clothes and shoes standard has gone down hence why I am writing this review as the item I had bought was not to a high standard which they are ignoring and also ignoring me with my valid

I always find something at Massimo Dutti there clothing is classic with a twist of modernity.

I prefer to wait for the sales to bag a bargain and would suggest that everyone consider this because Dutti is part of the Zara group of companies.
