Long Tall Sally

This will be one of two reviews as they are about different areas of the company. I cannot praise Long Tall Sally customer services enough. I had an order query, ( a delay which turned out to be due to a moving of the warehouse) The customer service rep -J, was incredibly helpful and emailed the warehouse manager on my behalf. He responded immediately and between them they expedited my order, even splitting it to two different addresses as I had ordered items for my daughter and myself, so she could receive hers as well. J kept me informed at every stage of the process and between her and the warehouse manager did above and beyond what I could hope for. As my daughter had commitments in Europe they even send her parcel there at no extra cost to me, which she received with no problems. What a company!!! Small enough for named persons to care about their customers. Well they now have my loyalty. The clothes I ordered were well made, fit well and stylish. WELL DONE LONG TALL SALLY. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you LTS for your efforts. Much appreciated.
