Worst Customer Service Ever.
I purchased a winter coat from Lakeland and after two months the fabric had pilled all over the coat and had started to wear around the cuffs. I did not wear this coat everyday. The manageress was rude and customer service are not prepared to do anything and have even ignored my letter. I live locally and find it very hard to believe that Lakeland are prepared to lose local customers in this economic climate.
I would not recommend anybody to shop in Lakeland Leather.
