Jigsaw

Shopping and couldn't help but hear staff (in the middle of the shop floor) loudly insulting women's figures, and I mean really insulting (in insulting terms) a good deal of their customer base!!!

I recently ordered several items from Jigsaw online. I chose click and collect from a store 16 miles from home as I would probably not have been at home to sign for a delivery. After 2 weeks trying to trace my items Jigsaw have told me my previously dispatched items are lost in transit. How can this be possible when they were going to one of their own stores and why can’t the items be tracked / traced?

I love Jigsaw clothing, accessories and homewear but would not order online again.

Thrilled at first with trousers (RN 112071) I bought whilst on holiday.

I very soon found that even after one days wear they had kneed so badly that I felt like a bag lady.

A lot of money for a garment that a company with your experience should have established the fabric suitability.

It will make me very cautious of buying Jigsaw again despite previous successful purchases.

efficient online purchases, fast international despatch and shipment, clothes are good quality, but cut of clothes is sometime for someone with no breast

Ordered blouse via internet and product slightly stained so sent back. It took three phone calls, conflicting info regarding a replacement and ten full days before the replacement blouse came back. I was shocked by the lack of knowledge by customer service as well as the extraordinary length of time to get correct product. Blouse itself lovely but left bad taste.

I agree with one of the other reviewers that Jigsaw clothing is adictive. I think that's becasue it is different from anyother high street retailer.

The staff are really helpful and give great advice.

One of the tops I bought from Jigsaw was a beige/ecru sleeveless jumper with diamante in diagonal strips up and down sweater. The skirts were much of a muchness and the suit, although pretty, dated quite quickly.

Jigsaw clothes will make you addicted, so be warned! They do lovely staples that are launched every year updated in different colours and slight style differences as well as wonderful fashion items with a vintage touch. Prices are not cheap, but the quality is outstanding and they do not date. Staff are mostly very helpful.

It is good to see something 'different' on the High Street, and the way that Jigsaw put their clothes together is gorgeous. If you enjoy being creative then do try Jigsaw, but these clothes are not cheap, and they will not date easily.
