Staff are rude, cheeky, disrespectful neds!!! I was exchanging jeans and mentioned a fault with a jumper but the tone and manner was disgusting so I asked to speak to someone else anyway long story short. The store manager grabbed me from behind and threw me into clothes stands. Police phoned & my 3 year old daughter was hysterical and terrified.

Bought a pair of shorts for a fiver in the sale - can't believe they were initially going for £19.99! There were three labels on them, all of which stated size 12, but the real size when I got them home was closer to an 8! As a 10, I'd expected them to be big on me and they are small. This is completely unacceptable, especially coming from a chain that does not offer fitting rooms.

The jewellery is nice but overpriced when not on sale, and makeup products pretty rubbish. In the past I have bought one or two items there which I liked, but today Internacionale has really disappointed me and I will think twice before going back.

I recently asked my mum to buy me a pair of the burgundy tights. I looked at the size guide and decided I'd need the M/L pair based on my height and waist size. I received them as a gift for christmas, tried them on and to my horror they didn't even come over my knee cap. They did not stretch at all and how anyone could ever say they'd fit a size 12-14 is beyond me. The waist band on them does even go over one of my thighs.

I can't take them back because of 'hygiene' and I cannot find their returns policy anywhere to know if I can even exchange them.

I'm so disappointed.

Do not buy tights from here.

I really like Internacionale have brought quite a few clothes & hair accessories too from here & you can get some of the celeb perfumes for half the price of what other shops sell them for. Haven't had any problems with the clothes at all brought a skirt from here & I absolutely love it I've had it for a while now & it still looks brand new!

Just because a shop sells clothes etc.. for decent/bargain prices does not mean that the clothes will be tacky or cheap looking I've always looked after my stuff properly clearly some people are not capable of this & that is probably why there clothes fall apart!! & not just that but sometimes you get a faulty batch which isn't the shops fault.

The staff in the shop I visit have always been really friendly & helpful love this shop its a great place to shop!

Only really shop in here to get bargain jewelery as I find the clothes aren't really very good quality and can be a bit tacky.

However with the jewelery you can get some really bargains, again you have to look as some of the jewelery leaves a little to be desired.

But when you do find some nice things you can get some excellent bargains I bought a large brown stud ring and some shell drop earrings. Only cost me £5 to accessories an outfit! Excellent!

The service is sometimes rather irritating in here too, I shop at the international in Ashton Under Lyne and the male behind the counter doesn't seem to have any personal customer service skills every now and again shouting 'form one que' and 'you do know you cant return the earrings?', think he needs to be taught a bit more tack and customer relations other than that the staff are more than helpful pointing out where things are and checking if things are in stock.

Its a great shop where you can get some bargains and that is of course what every girl needs!

International is an excellent shop for jewellery. Its got a great variety of fashionable jewellery at half the cost of other shops and some of it's actually nice! Don't really shop for clothes here as they do tend to look a little cheaper, however every now and again I do get something ,for here it's just a matter of finding something that looks that bit nicer. Got a great pair of linen pants, which are comfortable , nicely fitted and only cost me £4.95! BARGIN! A great little shop! I always go in when I'm on a shopping spree.
