Hermes

I have used them for years now and normally they have been ok but something has happened to them, new management not sure, but now there is an issue about parcel sizes.

I have boxes 45x35x16 cm when sending via Hermes they email you saying you need to pay more money because they measured the box and it's 46 X 39 X 12 cm and above their small parcel maximum limits. I will not be using them again, i have the boxes in front of me and measured them using two different tapes and they measure 45x35x16 CM.

This Companies customer service is woeful.

Hermes continue to refuse to take responsibility for the disposal of my parcel.

If anything goes wrong your to foot the bill alone & left eating generic 'cut n paste' responses. At this time of year, their not worth the risk.
