I Placed An Order For £96.00 Worth Of Clothe
I placed an order for £96.00 worth of clothes on 1st March none arrived. I phoned today and they said no order had been placed.
I phoned Barclaycard they said a transaction had been paid to Heather Valley for £19.80 on 10th March. I have spent about £5 of telephone calls (@ 10p per min, their charge) trying to resolve the matter. I refer to their transaction no 0800 on 10th March. My advice...dont touch them with a barge pole. If you have placed an order check your phone bill!
