I thought I ordered a bridesmaid's dress that was cute, and a size too big (so I could get alterations done on it).

When I received the dress, it came in a FedEx bag, with no return label, and no invoice or receipt. Just a dress in a bag. I pulled it out of the bag to see that was had some weird tissue paper-like material in lining of the bust to hold a shape of tiny boobs that are too close together, 2 or 3 sizes too small, and a color that is darker than what was pictured. I had to email them 3 times before I got a response from them. The woman told me to put on the dress and take pictures of myself in it and send it to her.

First of all, I'm not too comfortable with sending a photo of myself to a stranger on the other side of the world, and second, how am I supposed to put on a dress that is 2 sizes too small? After emailing back and forth with her, I had had enough and was running out of time to get a bridesmaids dress, so I gave up out of frustration.

In all honesty, I will never buy anything from them again. I recommend that you don't either.

Ordered a dress in March. I was supposed to receive it in 2 weeks at most. Still didn't receive it in April still waiting in May. Finally I cancelled the order. They only offered to refund me 50% of the order. After fighting with them for several weeks they only refunded my 75% of the order. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this website. I found a dress locally.

I was searching for long black bridesmaid dress online to wear on my best friend's wedding.
