Won't Refund Or Replace Faulty Items.
Very very poor customer service. Won't refund or replace a faulty item. I ordered a pair of trainers from Flannels for my son. After 12 weeks of normal wear the stitching on the trainers failed. Flannels won't provide a refund or replacement. They are being very unreasonable, even going so far as to asking for an independent inspection of the shoes before they will even consider this. I won't buy anything form the company again and suggest that you don't either.
