They Were Incredibly Nice
In order to schedule a visit to the manufacturer for a fairly complicated design that required a lot of half tone work, I emailed ethicstar. We had this done previously from another source, and the results weren't all that fantastic, so we were concerned about the outcome. I visited their plant and had the sample approved there; they were incredibly nice.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. They delivered the wrong product, wrong sizes and wrong quantity and tried to get us to pay for a new order - for their mistake. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
I couldn't agree more - absolutely shocking service, communication, quality, after sales. Will only refund if threatened with Court action and then demand articles returned first, and then STILL don't refund even after signing for receipt of returned items, and then just stop replying to emails! Avoid avoid avoid.
Missing Item And Awful Customer Service
Absolutely shocking. First and last time we shall use. Missing items and terrible customer service in trying to rectify.
