Esprit

The service is always good at the esprit stores so I thought I would try shopping through their online store. Big mistake. The delivery, although promised within 3 to 4 days, took 10 days. Returning items that didn't fit is, and continues to be a nightmare. The returned goods have been lost at the depot and apparently that becomes my responsibility. Their customer service centre is unhelpful and take the stance "it will be resolved when its resovled". Unlike other stores, these goods can't be returned to the shops and must be posted using their labelling so you don't even get proof of postage, which they'll demand anyway. Useless. Utterly useless.
