Envy

I have just had my leather jacket returned to me after fives weeks wait having requested a defect in stitching to be repaired. Just arrived and they have refused to repair it so stitching unfixed and I feel as though Envy are washing their hands of me. I thought the member of customer services I dealt with seemed to have very little customer service skills. Will never shop in Envy again.

Having recently purchased a shirt for my husband from Envy, he tried it on and found it too small, therefore I took it back to exchange it for the next size up, only to be accused of washing the garment. I have sent letters and spoken to various people at the store and head office, and nobody is willing to listen to me or believe that I have not washed it. Therefore, I will never purchase from them again, or recommend this outlet.
