The worst of the worst in customer service in all UK high street retailers. They are fine for standard orders and refunds, but if there is any anomaly in the case, you are faced with an organisation that is slow, bureacratic, doesn't empower their staff and where the "managers" put different people in front of them to avoid dealing with the customer. Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of money dealing with them.
