Awful /non existent customer service for online orders.

Ordered items for delivery to store- their site says delivery 3-5 days.

Never heard anything, went into store who are always helpful and customer focussed, but no delivery there and they only have deliveries twice a week.

Order eventually arived over the 5 days maximum given in their online ads,but did not receive any advice about its arrival

E-mailed customer service twice for an update or to cancel and never heard back.

Would suggest avoid online ordering and use the store- at least the staff in store are helpful and polite.

Wont ever use this company again.
