I ordered a t-shirt from Bank fashion in July, they sent me the wrong item so i sent it back and got a sorry email... blah, blah. 5 days later they sent the wrong t-shirt AGAIN! Got the same sorry email so re-ordered it and my size was out of stock so i gave up. They gave me a 10% off my next order because of this so two weeks later i ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt from them without the 10% off as they didn't bother emailing me the code and didn't reply to me asking for it. Two days after i placed the order i got an email telling me an item i ordered was out of stock but didn't tell me if it was the jeans or shirt? ( Whatever one isn't out of stock ) I really wish i never gave them another chance. I'd say don't bother with them. Maybe try ASOS or something, at least they sent the clothing you paid for.

I ordered 2 pairs of Vans Trainers from BANK FASHION. Both were half price in the sale and cheaper than anywhere else on-line. Both pairs were ordered together and as a result, postage/packaging was free. My trainers arrived a few days later, in great condition. Along with my trainers, I also received a return slip and a JD Sport bag with information stating I could return the trainers to my local JD Sport shop for free if I did not want to keep the trainers. However the trainers were great and therefore did not require returning. Excellent service. Thank you BANK FASHION!

The service from Bank Fashion shop in the Mall Cribbs Causeway is horrendous, if you buy anything online and take it back to the shop the manager there Becky makes you feel like a nuisance.I have spent between £2500 and £3000 over the last year, but will never spend another pound with Bank because of this caustic attitude from there manager, this resulted from taking a pair of Superdry Jeans back to the shop which retail at £70 which ripped, and this is what the manager stated, "Thats the style", so if you have any detailing on your expensive Superdry Jeans remember to expect them to rip within 7 weeks of buying them and only wearing them on 2 or 3 occassions.
