The winter selection is very good. The clothes if good quality and the price is ok. It is not the best price out there but ok. The service was too good to be true.

I bought a lot of pajama pants and socks for my nieces and nephews from AmericanEagleOutfitters.com earlier this year before Christmas. I realized I bought the wrong sizes for 3 of them! Returning the merchandise in-store was so easy. I brought what I needed to return and my emailed invoice. They didn't force store credit on me either, giving me the option for a credit to my debit card as well. I was able to do this on Christmas Eve and get everyone exactly what they needed. Most of the clothing sold in American Eagle Outfitters is of good quality. We have had no problems with shrinkage, fading, or distortion after washing and drying. We usually wash on cold and dry on low, but sometimes something slips through the cracks and gets thrown in with warm wash/warm dry stuff. AE is one of our favorite stores for teenage school clothes. Also, the young guys at work wear a lot of AE clothing, too, and they love it.
