Garbage

Bought new sunglasses for fifteen pounds. Put them on and wore throughout the day. Took them off carefully and the lens fell out the frame had snapped. Why would this happen when they ve been on face all day and not in a handbag. I d been very careful. Utter waste of money. Never buying from here again. Total cheep rubbish that they charge a lot for. Very dissatisfied.only gave it a star because I had to otherwise would give none.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service! I was so disappointed, I tried 4 evenings in a row to complete a transaction but kept getting redirected to the delivery page and it would not let me process a payment. I phoned customer services in London, who had me on hold for 12 minutes, the advisor had no clue what she was doing - telling me to read out the code of each item, and that half the items were not in stock. She then directed me to reboot and retry my browser, and another browser several times. I insisted on speaking to the supervisor, who was sarcastic in her tone and also had no clue about the navigation of the website. I could also hear sniggering- so unprofessional. Apparently you can only process payments on Safari Browser or an Ipad, what a load of rubbish!

I will NEVER shop here again! Absolute joke of a company!

I would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could!

I Will Never Use Again

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a bag only to be told 2 days later it wasn't in stock. They cancelled the order but 4 days later still no refund despite ringing them twice. I ordered another bag similar to the one not in stock on next day delivery but due to their error it never got despatched so I phoned to complain and I was told they have paid extra for a Saturday delivery so I have checked the tracking and it doesn't look like its going to arrive today so my next day delivery in fact will take 4 days.

When you ring you are always placed in a queue only to be told at the end they are too busy and please try again later then you are cut off and it says if you email it will take 4-6 days to reply!!

This company doesn't seem to care at all about their customers and despite them selling some nice things I will never buy from them again. They don't deserve my custom. My advice is go somewhere else and avoid the stress.

Absolutely Horrible

I wish I have read the reviews here before ordering anything at Accessorize. Worst online shopping experience ever and non existent customer service. It was more than a week before I heard anything about my order. Half of it was missing, yet nobody cared to warn me and proceeded to despatch and charge my card. I've returned it immediately only to find out (more than a week later again of course), that the have processed a refund for just a part of what was sent and paid accordingly. I suppose items have just vanished along the way or I have stolen them or whatever. This is absolutely worst online shop imaginable, please avoid it or you will get ripped off and feel like an idiot.

Disappointing Customer Service

I placed an order with Accessorize and thought nothing of it, after 6 or 7 days of nothing arriving in the post I emailed them but no response and when I called their helpline after waiting for 15 minutes I gave up. On the 9th day I received two confusing emails, both said my items were cancelled however when I checked my PayPal for a refund they have taken money out of my account still!?

Therefore the problem is still ongoing and I will have to wait and see what they decide to do next. Hopefully I will receive a prompt reply.. I haven't as yet.

Very disappointing considering their reputation but behind the brand.. What is going on!? I will not buy from them online again.

I ordered a set of autumn clothing some time ago for my wife. She was soooo happy she would get it just in a few days. And yes, I got an e-mail confirmation "your order has been dispatched" and.... Nothing afterwards. Nichts. Zitch. Null. Emptyness.

A bit worried, I contacted their customer service who told me to... (full quote):

"Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If your parcel has not been received within the 30 days of posting, we will be more than happy to refund you in full.

We therefore, kindly ask that you allow until the 29th November for your parcel to be delivered. If it has not been delivered by this date, please contact us where we will be happy to refund you in full.

Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

WHAT?????? So package was lost, they have no idea about what happened to it and yes, generously offer me some rubbishy refund in winter for things they simply lost track of...

Needless to say, I did not hear from them ever since. I doubt I see mo money again, either.

NEVER shop with Monsoon over internet unless under pain of death.

Scam And Liars

I have ordered beautiful sheer curtains from accessorizeonlineshop .com. After a few e-mails of explaining that they were out of stock but were not notiffied, and 3 months later, I have received a CHEAP, TOTALLY DIFFERENT SET of ugly, yellowish curtains. I thought the online store was German but it turns out it is operated by China. Another set of e-mails followed and I was told that due to the high shipping cost, it would be better for me to receive a refund. I spent $30.00, and would get $4.00!!! The company never even offered to cover the return shipment since it was their mistake and fault!The shipping would cost me $80.00!!! So 8 months later, I was stucked with the WRONG and very ugly product, lost 30 dollars, and months without a sheer. On top of everything, I NEVER RECEIVED EVEN THE PARTIAL REFUND!!!!! And that's how they make money. Be aware shoppers.

Accessorize Isn't That Spectacular...

Accessorize has some cute girly items that my friends and I love but they're all overpriced! My friend wanted me to buy her a present there but it was too expensive we had to split it..and it was on SALE. It was a nice bracelet but some of the other items I question. Like the bags. Some are really cute and one of a kind and high quality but the others are so cheap looking and not worth the price it's charging. The coin purses too. I've seen much cheaper and better ones. The ones They have are four times the price and looks worse than counterfeit purses I've seen(not that I'm recommending them. Just giving my point here) Now for the jewelry. Most of them are exceptionally pretty and worth every penny but the others are a total let down. Some items from actual high end brands are the exact same price and yet a HUNDRED times better. And a lot of kids my age are wearing these too so you wouldn't exactly be

I think its expensive for me,I saw a bag i liked a lot its in the shout mag july28-aug10 2010 magizen on page 70 for £35.00 its a shoulder bag very small it doesnt look very nice for me i got a pencail case for 4.50 so not worth it.it was a cheetarprint very very small the zip broke and the pencail case is unthreading i still got it all the matirail has got ealiserly ripped and got marks on. when i got it the pencail case had marks on and i got a nother poencail case as well for 3.50 all dinger prints glue everwhere very pretty but not worth it i would recomend something else i got these rubbers for 1.50 as well mushroom rubbers they smell disgusting they can break easerly overal would not reccomend it pretty to look at but i wont shop in there again accessorize never go there rate 1/5 for all of them

i think accessorize is a good store it has lots of fashionable things for women and especially young teeneages ,it is also very good fro the range of jewellerry and bits and pieces but i certainly wouldnt spend lots of money in there because the bad piont about it is it is too EXPENSIVE because i hardley go in there with the price range because i saw a ring in there it was £14 just for one flower ring which i thought was a rip off it is all very tempting but would not reccomened it as my favourite shop i would go to claires instead of accessorize so overall i think accesssorize is way to EXPENSIVE!!!!!!
