L'Occitane

Please do not buy anything from this company online. I stupidly bought the advent calendar for my wife direct from L'Occitane. My wife didn't like the list of possible items so as it was unopened still in packaging I asked for a refund. I received a prepaid royal mail returns form and filled out sent item back. That was weeks ago so far no refund. They advertise 7 day refund so I checked with royal mail item delivered back to L'Occitane. Customer services are very cold and rude clearly in wrong job and bored to tears with their tasks. Still no refund so left with no choice than small claims court. Please do yourself a favour and but form a company that sticks to its own returns and refunds policy. By the way L'Occitane the legal time frame for a refund is 14 days for online transactions you have clearly breached this as well.
