Dimples Beauty Salon, Tooting

Used to go here all the time, went today for a leg and bikini wax. Waited for my appt as walk in were waiting. When I had wax it was dirty, the young girl couldn't understand what I wanted. WAx same leg twice and had to explain this to her. Left covers in lumps of wax. Bikini with lycon as very hurt me before and today it was painful. Extended bikini with no top part done. Hurt and the wax wasn't hot enough so stuck and didn't come off easily as it should.

Never go back. There are better places in tooting for waxing at same prices. Very very disappointed

I just went today for my mehndi and Faical. The staff were so unprofessional as dimple hee self. She is talking while having my Faical done. 50 mints Faical she done on 25 mints and mehndi were so ugly.I bring my own mehndi but still she charge 15 pounds for mehndi and 60 pound for Faical. Dimple was very rude with me that's my first time with her and i'll never go there again.she don't even know how to talk with clints.so disappointed today. My wedding function tomorrow but really not happy with the service. She want a lot money from people and service is so poor.

Yesterday I have booked myself and my best friend for some waxing and pedicures.as I always wanted to get some treatments done at Dimple's Beauty.The waxing wasn't so bad but the pedicure we could not enjoy it at all as the two staffs-one wearing scarf and the other one has a fringe-they were doing our pedicures by having theirs own life conversation during the whole pedicure in their own LANGUAGE..which me and my friend could not bare at all..this was so unprofessional As they were not concentrated with our feet but with their conversation and probably talking about us also.we cannot know as the language wasn't English.Very poor customer services...

I normally go to Sajna for my bikini wax but they are always full and yesterday i decided last minute I wanted to get a bikini wax. I called Dimples and as always they always have an appointment.

OMG! was the worst bikini wax ever. She was so rough and wouldn't let the hot wax dry first before ripping it off like she was doing. I paid £39 pound for half leg and bikini wax which was not done properly. No wonder they always have appointments.

I DO NOT recommend Dimples to anyone.

I have been a loyal customer to dimples for over four years and I'm a bit perplexed as to why there are negative reviews.

I can categorically say I would not spend four years going somewhere if it was as awful as people are saying.

As for the receptionist - I have never in all my time of knowing her known her to be rude, she is always very accommodating to me and my family.

I regularly go to the tooting branch for waxing threading and hair. I have to admit I've been to many hairdressers and some very high end ones, and my hair always seems to go brassy at the ends after a few washes this is partly my fault as I was blonde, however I had my hair done seven and a half weeks ago and I'm very much still chocolate brown.

Yes the treading que can at time get very long as the shop is busy - because they are good at what they do. All you need to do is call before you leave and let them know how long you will be and they will let you know how busy they are if not you may have to wait 20 min.

As I also mentioned I get my waxing done and they have always been very professional and reassuring.

I love dimples and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else

Do NOT go there if you can help it!! The receptionist was very rude to my mum and sister on one occasion and on another:

I booked a hair cut on the phone, specifying that I wanted one hairdresser that I go to all the time. I was told that was fine. Turned up on the day, and I was told to go to another. When I refused and said I had booked the other woman, I was told that it was untrue, I never mentioned the other hairdresser and that she was totally booked and could not fit me in. This was after I had already waited 35 minutes!!

The receptionist was rude, obnoxious and outright called me a liar. NEVER going there ever again if I can help it!

This is a terrible place with terrible service.

Have been a few times and there is also the husband working at the front desk some days.

He is a total lech...same thing at the victoria branch...do NOT recommend atall...terrible place, terrible people!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. The owner seems to be in charge of organising appointments and works on a "If I can take their money I will" policy. This results in her agreeing to schedule appointments even when there is no therapist available. Even the therapists themselves make no secret of the fact that this lady is a total car crash of a manager. On my latest visit, I was scheduled for a pedicure. When I was taken into a room and asked to undress I realised something wasn't quite right! The owner/manager had scheduled a Brazilian, not a pedicure. The girl doing the pedicure was very nice but around half way through, the manager shouted at her to hurry up and I ended up with some pretty half assed painted toe nails. The owner/manager offered no apology for the delay/confusion/bad job. This is a terrible place. Please do not go there.
