My order went through easily and arrived on time. Unfortunately it was a duplicated present and the GHD's were returned on 28th December 2007 in original unopened box, in original packaging and as requested proof of posting was obtained and invoice included. All as per their refund policy. The site has been closed since the New Year and I have been unable to contact them. Have found that they are registered with www. safebuy.org.uk and accreditation number is 407282. This site says they have strict code of practice which Beautysleuth have signed up to and I will attempt to get my refund through them.

Don't purchase from this website, a few of my family and friends have had the same problem, and recognised the website when i was complaining about it. The helpline staff are so rude and arrogant, and no one deserves to be treated or spoke to the way i have!
