Fancy That of London

Do not visit this shop. The customer service by the manager of the Baker Street store is sarcastic and non-descript. A real embarassment to the UK tourism industry that such an appalling way of dealing with customers is permiited, especially in the run up to the Olympics.

From the agent who can not locate my order to the manger who states that it takes 21 days, I have never experienced such rude and inadequate customer service in my life. I paid for my order on November 10th and nearly two months later I still don't have it. Stay clear away from this store.

I had a similar experience in their store in Haymarket this summer, very friendly people. Have just been looking for their website to buy another couple of mugs!

I'm from Sweden and I went into London this summer. I went to Fancy That of London and get some great gifts for my family. The people in the shop working are very nice and helping. The price I paid was good and my parents loved the gifts. Thank you.
