Wilkinson Cameras

My overall experience of Wikinson Cameras in Eastbank Street, Southport.

The Branch Manager and staff at this branch are second to none, they are always exceedingly helpful in every way possible.

Their customer service, I feel is 100% their help and overall product knowledge from everyone concerned is of outstanding professionalism and it's nice to feel the confidence as a customer, that when you enter their shop that you will receive first class service every time.

I would be more than happy to give 10 stars if it was possible. As really this branch of Wilkinson Cameras really do tick all the right boxes.

After buying colour calibration monitor from Wilkinson Cameras I was told that I needed extra equipment to use the monitor software that they would sell me for £150. Had I known beforehand I wouldn't have bought the monitor.Would not buy from them again.

Attended last week and spoke to a guy called Adam who ordered me a 1DX. All paperwork sorted fuss free. Went back today to pick it up and was dealt with by a young girl. Service superb again, plus she updated the firmware on my old camera while I waited!. Real happy,

Today I went to purchase a compact camera system; I think the salesperson was Andrew.

I was left to browse a while and at the right time I was asked if I needed any help...I asked about three cameras and each was demonstrated for me; with excellent explanations as to the benefits of each. I chose one and was again shown options for it which I would purchase ion the future.

Absolutely excellent advice and service...

As I was leaving Kendal I phoned my wife and we decided I had made the wrong choice so a phone call to the shop (somewhat embarrassed) but again, brilliant service and nothing was too much trouble.

I ended up exchanging the camera (still boxed and unopened) and was again assisted i my choice......

All of this excellent service and at the best prices on the internet!!!!!

Got to say a massive thanks to Andrew and Wilkinsons.

I also noticed other people being equally helped and offered excellent help and advice.....will be back for all my photo needs in future....Thanks Wilkinsons!!!!
