I've Always Found That After A Course Of Antibioti
I've always found that after a course of antibiotics I suffer a little with my stomach. I usually turn to Yakult (love the taste of it!) but saw these Galaxy Probiotic drinks on offer at Waitrose.
The taste is like a watered down version of Galaxy chocolate which I presume is due to using skimmed milk (they claim to be less than 2% fat and only 63 calories). If you want to take a probiotic but don't fancy the yoghurty tasting ones then this might be worth giving a go if you can find it on offer. I don't think I've be switching from Yakult any time soon though.
