Jointsnknees is a comparatively new supplement in the market and i tried it due to a couple of reviews i read online.

They have a free trial program on their website, which is why i ordered it in the first place as i had no money to lose.

I suffer from arthritis in my knee, which is quite severe. I started taking Jointsnknees about 7 months back and have been most thrilled with the product. I am not saying that my pain went off completely or immediately but it did help reduce the pain and inflammation.

Post receiving the free sample , i ordered a 6 months supply of Jointsnknees as after the first month of taking it itself, i felt a slight difference.

It contains bromelain, mucozaq and 5 loxin, which are all supposed to be extremely good for inflammation.

I take 4 capsules a day as advised by them , instead of two as my arthritis pain was on the more severe side.
