I ordered a hair dye in June 24 and despite many emails sent and attempts to ring the company- there is never an answer- the items never arrived. Absolutely terrible — do not use them.

I placed an order with Healthy Peach on 25th April 2024 and still haven't received the goods seven weeks later.

I have tried to phone numerous times but the number is constantly engaged.

I have emailed and texted several times with no response.

My order is shown as 'being processed' on their website, but this clearly isn't true.

I have ordered from Healthy Peach eight times in the past three and a half years and not had a problem, but they can no longer be trusted to deliver.

I have ordered 3 packs of natural hair tint and 3 packs of vitamin D supplements, paid £88.80 on 9th October. They took the money straight away and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve called them multiple times, the line was permanently busy. I’ve sent them emails numerous times there’s no response. I don’t know what happened to this company. Is there any way I can get the money back? Thank you!

I have been ordering from Healthy Peach now for years with no problems...until now. I ordered hair dye from them on the 28th August 2023. They have taken my money and have not sent the goods. I have tried to contact them but the phone is constantly engaged. There is not an email address either. It is ridiculous. I need my money back if I cant have the goods. 

This company is selling fake vitamin powders on Amazon. Received a Viridian product I’ve used for many years and the consistency is completely different and the bottle only half full. Viridian confirmed the formula hasn’t changed. Very dodgy indeed. God knows what’s in it, I only had one dosage. I’m pregnant so it’s really concerning

Hello, good afternoon, I am Felix, a client from Spain, who has bought several nutritional supplements on this website, I do not know anything about the order or the refund of the amount spent, it is impossible to contact them and they do not answer my emails, It is a ruin of the Company, do not buy in it, it is a joke and they leave you without money since they do not return it to you

I made an order which has not arrived, I tried to contact the team and nobody picks up the phone or the number is always busy. Please STAY AWAY from this company, do not order anything from their website.

I ordered 4 items they never sent an email confirming they took the money from PayPal. I contacted them 3 times with no a avail. I telephoned them today and asked were my items were the guys raid he did not k ow we will refund you. He also was ver rude what sort of business are they running do no use them. I have reported them to PayPal.

I placed my ordered on the 23rd November 2020 with a wrong email address by mistake. I have been trying to contact Healthy Peach but their phone line never gets through. There is no email address to reach out to them either. I hope they will contact me if they see this review.

DESPITE TELEPHONING - NO ANSWER AND NO FACILITY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE - AND SENDING E.MAIL THIS COMPANY HAVE NOT HAD THE DECENCY TO CONTACT ME. I PLACED MY ORDER 9.10.20 THEY TOOK MY MONEY ON 12.10.20. NOW 21ST OCTOBER STILL NO PILLS. I AM CONSIDERING TAKING THEM TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO CUSTOMERS. MY FIRST ORDER PLACED EARLIER THIS YEAR WAS FINE SO WHAT IS HAPPENING ????
