Geco Supplements Organic Turmeric

After some time i try another product named Nature's Bounty Multi Day Multivitamin Supplement. It give me best result which i want.

I've been training at the gym very hard the past year and my knee has slowly got worse and worse. I'm eating well and taking protein and creatine supplements to help with strength and muscle growth, and I also picked up some glucosamine to help my knee, but didn't think about taking anything else. After the glucosamine didn't help I did some research and read that turmeric can help with inflammation, which I'm pretty sure I had a lot of considering my knee was pretty much always red and sore, or it would be after a workout! I've been taking the turmeric for just over 3 weeks and the puffy soreness has almost gone, it's still there but I wouldn't be surprised that in another 3 weeks it to be completely gone. I'm going to keep turmeric in my supplement regime for sure. Never heard of the brand before (Geco Supplements) but I bought it from an online store I often shop at and the product looks great, I'll happily use the brand and product again. If you have any inflammation issues it's definitely giving turmeric a go, even if you're just having it on your food!
