I Started Alli About 9 Months Ago, You Need A Bmi

I started Alli about 9 months ago, you need a BMI of 28+. At the time I did. Now, I cannot get it as my BMI is under 28. I worked hard, gym and pills and healthy eating, but, not always healthy, I allowed myself treats as well. There has been a lot of negativity about the side effects, I do not understand why?! If you eat fatty foods then they will happen, that much is obvious, but, if you avoid them as you should then you are fine. Simple as that!!!

I Am On The Large Side, Shall We Say And I Am Pres

I am on the large side, shall we say and I am prescribed Xenical Orlistat 120mg capsules, the prescription strength of Alli.

The capsule works wonders, when used correctly with a fat reduced and calorie controlled diet, just don't think it is the answer to all of your weight problems, because it isn't, trust me!

The side effects should only rear their ugly head if you eat the wrong foods, for example something high in fat, as the alli will do it's job and expel the excess fat, I don't need to say any more on that!

I Was 200lb Which Is A Tad Too High For A 5'8" Guy

I was 200lb which is a tad too high for a 5'8" guy and it took me forever to get to my first target of 180 even with hard workouts and disciplined diet. I heard of the Alli around this time. They didn't pretend to be a quick fix and I tried their Alli 60mg capsules pack. I'm at 160 lbs now and in 2 months flat.
