Avoid At All Costs. Waste Of Money And Bad Customer Service
Got their CE5 electronic cigarette starter kit and a bottle of E liquid, paying over £20. The kit contains 2 x battery operated e cigarettes which you charge in your laptop, which I did. One lasted for an hour, the other didn't work at all. When emailing them they waffled on about I must be in the wrong and battery is not switched on etc. I told them I know what I'm doing duh!! Anyway, they basically said I could return the kit but would ONLY get my money back IF IT ACTUALLY IS FAULTY!! Well, it's now in the bin as they will obviously NOT give my money back as they will say it is NOT faulty! Horrible experience and waste of time and money! Back on proper fags again!!!
