Horrible Side Effects
The tamiful is worse than the flu my daughter had. Taken on a full stomach as recommended. Within 1 hour after taking this she started feeling nauceous. Now she is throwing up and having horrible headachs. I can't believe this is prescribed. She feels so much worse now. Only one pill and this is what happened. I am throwing the rest away. Money wasted on tamiflu.

I Have Recently Just Recovered From Swine Flu Afte
I have recently just recovered from Swine Flu after spending over a week in bed. Unfortunately I suffer from Asthma and had no energy to get out of bed let alone go down a set of stairs without feeling like I'd run for miles. I was prescribed Tamiflu and was sceptical about how it would work and if the side effects were worth taking it (I had no vomiting luckily and didn't want it to start!).
I took it with food twice a day and this seemed to stop any nasty stomach side effects. The one time I didn't take the Tamiflu with food I had bad stomach cramps and felt nauseous.
I didn't feel that it really shortened the time I was ill although without it I have no idea no long I could have been sick. I guess with any flu the best cure is bed rest and lots of it! Anytime I tried to get a bit more active I was back asleep for hours recovering.
