Titanic Spa Huddersfield

Phoned titanic spA to check that the day that my best friend and I could get together and spend a relaxing girly day together was available.was told by the girl that yes that date was fine.went back on my computer booked titanic spA through last-minute.com who were brilliant.Then 10 minutes after my first phone call .Phone titanic spA to book me and my friend in and was told no availability.The girl that I spoke to this time was not very helpful .I will never visit this spA again.so over joyed to be spending time with my friend and then to be let down by titanic spa.p

Have been to Titanic quite a few times and their offers have been reasonably priced.My daughter and I have recently been given a voucher by my son for our birthdays.He bought a spa day voucher - he would not know what treatments we would want, but was not advised to get a monetary voucher so we could choose a package. I have tried to upgrade the package to a mum and daughter or Vip but am not allowed to do this. To add the treatments on to existing would be £230 compared to £60 if we added on to the 2 x £99 packages already bought !!!! I think this is well overpriced and surely advice should be given that money vouchers are the best option for gifts. Not sure I will use them again.Also they do not advise on phone that they do have special offers available. Money grabbers in my opinion and not very flexible.So on that basis I would not recommend unless you have fully researched prices and options available.

The staff at this place are absolutely terrible. No regard to customer service whatsoever. Avoid this place at all cost. The services at this place are overpriced. The staff do not seem to care if you are left un-attended. We left this place feeling more stressed than when we first went in. We asked to speak to the manager Natalie some 10 times (yes we are not exadurating.) No response, no concern that making customers happy = repeat business, word of mouth recommendations....... AVOID. This would have 0 stars if there was an option......

Despite living 200 miles away I have been here 4 times in the past year.

The facilities are great, clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful and not al all 'spa snooty'

The treatments are well priced and not at all rushed, the food in the bistro perfectly edible and tasty. Best of all though is the accomodation - I would recommend staying overnight to make full use of the facilities and feel really pampered!

Titanic Spa was dirty (even at 9am the toilets were disgusting), over booked, which they actually admitted, so not enough lockers, wet towels left all over the place, hair on the floors and all around the pool (which was not very warm)! Were made to wear the robe for the tour, even though we would have preferred to stay in our casual clothes, which includes walking right through the middle of the restaurant - hygienic? ... I don't think so! Miserable and unhelpful staff! Only one changing cubicle. We had gone for the day but left at 2pm! Approached the desk to settle our account to be told we had nothing outstanding. 3 days later we got a rude and snotty call informing us that we had 'just walked out without paying'! On explaining the situation they accepted it was their error and perhaps a 'new member of staff was on the desk that day'!! Desserts are not included with the meal and the food is very average and you only get a side plate which is too small. The head massage however, was excellent. Having visited other spas in the UK this is no-where near the standard I would have expected. Very disappointed.
