Academy Spa Pampering Option
Had a half day pampering option at the Academy Spa. Had a lovely time. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Made to feel at ease for a thoroughly relaxing time. Would recommend it. Espa products well worth the money.

The Academy Spa, Harrogate, Is Absolutely Superb C
The Academy Spa, Harrogate, is absolutely superb club and worth every penny. Staff are friendly, building is clean, excellent place to meet new people and certainly more than just a gym. They send you a reminder if you've not been for three weeks....which is a good thing really but it makes me feel guilty.
