Upon joining in a 3 month membership for my family I asked what I do at the end of the 3 months to which I got the reply 'you will need to cancel your direct debit' remember I was signing a 3 month membership.

So after the last payment I cancel my direct debit.

Around 3 weeks later my wife went there and told them it was her last week to which she was told,' no, you need to give 30 days notice in writing'

'again it was a 3 month membership'

so an email went out, but to no avail a letter has just arrived saying they will be taking another months payment from me.

Why do these places insist on ripping people of with the tenuous excuse of small print, they got their money.

Rip off, by the way the showers stink and are broken and theres always dirty towels all over the place
