Norbreck Castle Hotel Spa, Blackpool

Horrific hotel with appalling outside appearance, broken doors, broken lift, rooms clearly not hoovered, smelly, very basic alcohol served (which was needed) power cut in the evening, very noisy pipes during the night. Decided not to book breakfast for the morning considering the hygiene elsewhere. Shame as there is a lovely beach across from hotel with plenty parking but please seriously AVOID. Would not stay there for free!!!

I had to pay to go in the pool . The first room they offered me looked like a prison cell with bump beds the second My room was dirty needed up dating . Needed painting the floor needed a vacuum The entertainment looked like a bar man with a ok voice for half hour the food was bad the location was miles out but on the lighter side the drink prices were ok and the trams

Arrived and shown to room. Smelling of smoke and furnished with jumble sale/junk shop furniture. Got another room, it was worse! Third time lucky? No way! The same as the others. I refused to even sit on the chairs in the room and the valance was dirty.

This place is disgusting!

I got a taxi and departed straight into Blackpool and went elsewhere. I lost my deposit but no way could I stay there!

This is a pig sty. Smells of damp, cigarette smoke and is really low market hence why you can go there for 7 nights full board for £99.
