Lansdowne Place, Brighton

To summarise hotel is severely dated, dirty and in need of renovation, warn fabric, holes in carpets, windows are cracked and filthy, rust and mould visible throughout.

Car park is unattainable to hotel guests. The main reason for booking this hotel was the fact that the advertisement stated there was on site secure parking! There is, however it fails to mention this is a tiny basement car park that is not secure and has about 15 spaces all of which are probably used by the hotel staff, we were unable to use until kicking up a fuss. Minutes later we witnessed another couple pull up in a BMW Z4 disgusted that they too had booked under false pretences, they were told to settle for the on street parking on the sea front!
