Durley Hall Hotel & Spa, Bournemouth

The Durley Dean hotel is a good location only 15 minutes downhill to the Town Centre. The staff are very polite and friendly but are young and inexperienced and do not know how to deal with any problems. Our room was on the second floor and was OK but it develop a plumbing issue with the toilet which the hotel did not seem to want to fix until the next day. The breakfast was excelent and the evening meal was high qualty but expensive. The bar area was small and lacking in every respect. Only limited parking so you need to arrive early to get a parking space and not move you car during your stay. For what we paid it was good value but we doubt if we stay here again

"this is now the hallmark hotel and when it was the durley hall it had a fab reputation but now wev'e experienced first hand with holding our wedding there its a sham "DONT DO IT" ... check out trip advisor.
