An Aweful Experience Involving A Catalogue Of Erro
An AWEFUL experience involving a catalogue of errors for which no-one would accept responibility or apologise. As we left my daughter was roundly attacked by the operations manager for following the advice of a beautician and cancelling a treatment.
I complained in writing, only to be told by the Group Administration Manager with "ineffective comunication exacerbated the issues of your stay". Mine or theirs I wonder? Since I paid over £700 for 26 hours, I think it must be theirs.
It is a beautiful site but a object lesson to all in how not to run cutsomer service
